You can apply for a Turkish visa through the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.

Once you have submitted your application, the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs will send you an email confirming the application has been received.
After the application has been processed, you will receive a letter in the mail informing you that your visa has been approved or denied. If your visa is approved, a copy of your visa will be sent to you. If your visa is denied, there is a possibility that you can appeal the decision.
Who does have a Turkey Visa?

To get a Turkish visa, you will need a passport valid for at least six months beyond your planned travel date. You will also need an onward ticket and proof of financial stability – such as an bank statement showing that you have enough money to cover your stay in Turkey.
To get a Barbados visa, you will need your passport and an invitation letter from someone who lives in Turkey. The invitation letter must include the person’s name, address, phone number, and email address. Why get a Turkey Visa for Bahamas Citizens or for Barbados Citizens?

Visiting the Bahamas and Barbados with your Turkey Visa
If you’re looking for some sun, sand, and relaxation, the Bahamas and Barbados are perfect destinations for your Turkey visa. Both countries are renowned for their crystal-clear waters and white sand beaches. The Turks and Caicos Islands, located just south of the Bahamas, are also a great option if you’d like to enjoy some unrestricted beach time.
To visit the Bahamas with your Turkey visa, all you need is a valid passport with at least six months remaining validity. You’ll also need an onward ticket to your final destination. If staying in the country for more than 90 days, you’ll need a health certificate indicating that you don’t have any medical conditions that would prevent you from travelling. As far as visas go, both Barbados and the Turks and Caicos Islands require only a tourist visa for citizens of most countries.
